We deliver across Nairobi and its surrounding areas including Kiambu, Thika, and Machakos. For orders outside these areas, please contact us directly to discuss delivery options and any additional charges that may apply.

Our minimum order value is Ksh 2,000 for standard delivery. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over Ksh 5,000 within our primary delivery zones.

Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days within Nairobi. For urgent orders, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, subject to a Ksh 500 express delivery fee.

We accept multiple payment methods including cash on delivery, M-Pesa, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. For corporate accounts, we also offer credit facilities subject to approval.

We accept returns and exchanges for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
